No further classes or workshops will take place in Balerno. We wish to thank the Balerno Scout group for the use of their hall for the last 2-1/2 years.
Tai Chi can be learnt for various purposes such as health, self defence, and discipline. As a well developed art, it has something for everyone so all are welcome to the class.
Wudang Tai Chi is taught as a complete martial art, therefore, the class covers all aspects such as, hand and weapons forms, push hands, applications, Daoist Qigong, and meditation.
Beginners as well as more experienced people are welcome to come along.
Prices for the class are £5 per class or £45 for ten weeks (paid in advance)
